This combined knowledge helps counties navigate daily, complex, high-severity, and catastrophic claims. Our philosophy is to handle every claim in a collaborative team environment involving county administration, risk management, and county counsel personnel. We believe in early investigation, and evaluation, with the goal of handling any given matter in the most cost-effective way for the member county. We handle all claim reporting to the various fully-insured programs and seek to maximize recovery on every covered loss.
We Make Claims Handling Easy
When working with us you can expect a coverage acknowledgement and initiation of investigation within 24 hours of the first notice of loss. We work with the county to develop the facts early on and provide a report outlining the coverage position, factual basis of the claims, damages assessment, full liability evaluation, and a plan for handling.
